First responder extended learning opportunity comes to LHS

LHS will now offer a new Extended Learning Opportunity for those who are interested in the Fire and EMS field.

LHS will now offer a new Extended Learning Opportunity for those who are interested in the Fire and EMS field.

Londonderry High School will now offer a new experience for students to get involved with first responders. The Londonderry Fire Department will host a new course for students interested in this field. There will be an informational meeting on April 22 at 6:00 p.m. in room 221.

More information was posted on Principal Rick Barnes’ weekly update 04.14.25, where specific information is provided, including details on how to contact House 4 Principal, Katie Sullivan.

The course is planned to be up and running for the 2025-2026 school year, with access to the EMT and fire fields, it will be an Extended Learning Opportunity offered at Londonderry High School.

This is Kelsey’s second year on the editorial board and her third year on the Lancer Spirit staff. Being the News Chief for the 2025- 2026 school year, you are more than likely to catch her at many school events. She is also involved with many activities, including co-president of WTA, Latin President of Foreign Language National Honor Society, and holding the position of Class Historian for the class of ’26. In addition to writing, she has a love for music and enjoys her time spent in the music department at LHS.
