WTA Runs Worldwide

Women Take Action is in the process of finishing their second fundraiser, they have been collecting shoes to donate worldwide to those in need.

Women Take Action is already coming to the conclusion of their second fundraiser as they start to plan for 2024. They have made a lot of progress but would appreciate it if anyone in the community contributes in any way possible. 

As said on the announcements, WTA is collecting shoes of all styles and sizes, any shoes that are lightly used, and don’t have a purpose for being around your household would be the perfect thing to donate. 

Donations will be running until Dec. 31.

With  only ten days left on the clock,they need your help to conclude the fundraiser strongly.

This is Kelsey's first year on the editorial board and her second year on the Lancer Spirit staff. While being the News Editor for the 2024-2025 school year, you are more than likely to catch her at many school events as she is involved with many activities, including co-president of WTA and holding the position of Class Historian for the class of '26. In addition to writing, she has a love for music and enjoys her time spent in the music department at LHS.
