Freshman Gemma Murray helped out her team as girls basketball had their first home game of the season with a 67-49 win vs. Nashua South. With doing it all from getting buckets, assists, rebounds, and great defense, Murray and the team did the best they could in the game.
“I think I did pretty good, ” Murray said. “Overall, I think our team did good.”
With Murray being a freshman, she has a whole four years to keep improving and show what her and the team can do on the court.
“Normally we play as a really good team,” Murray said. “We have to work on some stuff but I think I did a good job keeping my confidence up and even if I missed a shot, the team still did really well on communicating.”
